Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Rsf-Elektronik MS60.58-2GT parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Rta products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rta-Pavia parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Schafer-Driveline product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rta such as the 435NBX spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GMH06 manufactured by Rta-Pavia and we are pleased to be able to service most Rta-Pavia systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 026AT1171 by Manufacturer Schafer-Driveline as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Schmersal Brand 1666677290 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sbe such as M68K10 equipment made by Sbe have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sbe products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sbe" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 105306 made by Schunk as well as the popular MS60582GT original spares produced by Rsf-Elektronik

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GE3016G241 by Sam-Electronics and M68K10 spares by Sbe are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MT60 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sae.
